Good news: I didn't drown.
Gooder news: I have a good kick.
Bad news: My breathing sucks (which isn't really news to me).
He showed me an exercise to do with a board to help practice breathing. And also had me focus on keeping my body more compact and close toward the line in the pool. Overall it went really well. I can't wait to practice swimming! Wow, I never thought I'd say that.
